After a client has signed an agreement to work with me, if at any time during the coaching relationship the client, or the coach, determines that the relationship isn't right or isn't accomplishing what they had hoped, the client will be refunded the value of the coaching program that is remaining.

I do offer a Deep Exploration Session which is an extended session to address one specific issue that the client determines they want to work on.

Outside of the Deep Exploration Session, I do not do single sessions, nor just a few sessions, as I want to ensure the client gets results.  Sometimes a client needs those few sessions to simply get acclimated to the coaching process and begin to see a shift. I have structured my refund policy to accommodate a client deciding that the coaching program is not right for them.

Coaching can be like loosening a rusty bolt.  You usually can't just take a wrench to it once or twice and break it free.  You likely have to apply some PB Blaster, let it soak for a bit, try the wrench, apply more PB Blaster... etc. until the bolt releases.  It's work and a process... that is amazingly worth it!
