I'm Heather, and I'm all about helping leaders like you navigate life's transitions and find balance and fulfillment along the way.
With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and leadership roles at companies like Dana, GE, Erie Insurance, and Wabtec, I've spent over two decades honing my skills in engineering, manufacturing, and program management. But now, my passion lies in empowering others to grow personally and professionally.
As a Certified Professional Coach, I believe in the power of understanding and support. My approach is all about guiding you to make choices that truly align with your goals and values, building confidence in yourself and your abilities. Whether you're striving for leadership growth or simply seeking resilience in the face of life's ups and downs, I'm here to help you thrive.
Beyond coaching, I'm a mom of three, a proud fur mom to a rambunctious bunch of dogs and a cat, and a backyard chicken enthusiast. My husband and I are currently working on building our dream homestead, where we plan to move in the next year.
When I'm not coaching or running workshops, you can find me soaking up nature's beauty, bonding over activities with my family, or passing on my love for cooking to my kiddos.
So, whether you're facing career transitions, seeking work-life balance, or simply looking to level up in leadership, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Picture this...
It was 1990 and I was an active 16-year-old. I played defense on the high school soccer team, was an honors student, and owned and showed horses. I loved learning and exploring new things and places.
The summer before my junior year I became pregnant. At 17 I was a mom and a high school junior. I juggled high school, parenthood, and even a part-time job with determination and grit. Despite the challenges, I graduated with honors and ventured into college.
I majored in accounting following my guidance counselor's recommendations, only to realize during my 5th semester that Accounting was NOT my true calling. So, I hit pause on college and dove into the working world, taking on roles in a plastics molding plant and later as an office admin.
Deep down, I knew I wanted more than what I felt I could achieve as a single mother with no college degree. So, as a single mom, I boldly decided to return to college for a degree in Mechanical Engineering. It wasn't easy - I worked as a bartender to make ends meet while attending classes and raising my daughter. But with perseverance, I landed an internship at GE Transportation and eventually secured a job at Dana Corporation.
Life threw its curveballs along the way - failed relationships including an abusive spouse and two divorces, a difficulty with binge drinking, and the challenges of single parenthood. But through it all, I kept pushing forward, determined to create a better life for myself and my children.
In my 40s, I found myself at a crossroads, craving more meaning and fulfillment. So, I set out on a journey of self-discovery, diving deep into personal development and wellness. I obtained certifications as a Master Certified Health Coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist, finding my passion in helping others lead healthier, happier lives.
But the biggest transformation came when I hired a life coach and embarked on a journey to uncover my true purpose. Through years of introspection and growth, I discovered my authentic values, aspirations, and strengths. And that realization led me to leave behind my corporate career to pursue my passion for coaching and wellness full-time.
